Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed directly at checkout. But rest assured, inksie’s standard shipping is incredibly affordable. Because we operate on a true Global-Local model, we don't ship your items from overseas or across borders. Your order is produced at a satellite hub locally. You aren't paying to fly a hoodie across the globe which means lower costs for you, no international shipping delays, and a much smaller carbon footprint.
Where is my order actually printed?
In the US. Inksie has a Global-Local model. If you order in the US, it’s printed in the US. If you’re in Australia, it’s printed in Australia. No massive central warehouses, no overseas shipping delays. Just local production that’s faster and greener.
Do you ship internationally?
We do one better. We don’t ship "overseas" in the traditional sense. Instead, we have satellite production hubs in the US, UK, AU, CA, NL, ES, and DE. Your order is produced in your region to keep costs low and delivery fast. In fact, it's only the EU (EFTA/EEA) where we ship cross-border.
How much does shipping cost?
Because we produce locally, you aren’t paying for a hoodie to fly across the world. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your local rates which means it’s usually the cheapest and fastest option available.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every single Inksie product is custom-printed on demand just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect sizing. We don't keep a massive warehouse of pre-printed inventory to swap items out with. Your gear is created the moment you hit order. However, we stand fiercely behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will absolutely make it right. No hassle, no runaround.
Can I exchange my shirt if I ordered the wrong size?
Since your item is printed specifically for you when you order it, we can't accept returns or exchanges if you accidentally order the wrong size or color. To save you the headache, we highly recommend double-checking our detailed Size Guides on the product pages before checking out.
My item arrived damaged or the print looks wrong. What do I do?
We want you to be thrilled with your custom gear. If we made a mistake, whether the item is defective, damaged in transit, or the print quality doesn't meet our standards, we’ve got your back. Just reach out to our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order, include a clear photo of the issue, and we will set up a free replacement right away.
Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?
We are highly automated and move extremely fast to get your order into our local production hubs as quickly as possible. Because of this, once an order is placed and sent to the floor, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please take an extra second to review your design, sizes, and shipping address before you hit that final checkout button!

The secret sauce. When it comes to t-shirts, brands are highly regional. In the US, Bella+Canvas and Gildan are popular alongside a few other brands like Next Level and Lane Seven. In the UK and Europe, Stanley/Stella is the most popular with B&C Collection, SOLs, Stedman, and AWDis across various regions. In Australia (+ NZ), it's AS Colour all the way. We get it
What brands do you use for apparel?
We don't do "mystery blanks." We curate the best local brands for each region. In the US, you’ll see Bella+Canvas, Gildan, and Next Level amongst others. In the UK/Europe, we lean into Stanley/Stella and B&C Collection, AWDis, etc. Down under? It’s all about AS Colour. Quality is non-negotiable.
Can I order just one item?
Yes. No minimums on every product we sell. Whether you need one custom mug for your desk or 10,000 shirts for a marathon, the process is exactly the same: Easy.
What can I actually print on?
If it can hold ink, we’ll print it. Our catalog covers Apparel, Drinkware, Signage, Stationery, and Home Decor. From a "dog photo turned oil painting" on a journal to professional workwear, we’ve got you.
Design
Inksie by name is Ink + Easy. It's in our tagline. It's our most core mission to be the simplest way to turn personal content into the highest-quality physical products. Inksie removes the traditional friction of custom printing. Whether you are a small business ordering staff uniforms or an individual creating a one-off gift, our proprietary design tools make the process seamless.
I’m not a designer. Can I still make something cool?
That’s the "Easy" in Inksie. Use our AI Prompt Gallery to generate art, or our Vector Designer to create that next level design. You can even type a simple line of text and see it live on a shirt instantly. No fancy software required. We've integrated 1500+ Google Fonts & 10m+ vector icons in addition to our Design Gallery.
What file types do you accept?
We keep it simple: PNG, JPG, or SVG. Generally, most orders come through as PNG images with transparent backgrounds at 300dpi. We are able to upscale your art when required and we do so to reflect what you have created.
What's the Customizer?
The inksie Customizer is a design tool that we built to make it easy to add and modify items on apparel items. Including: 1500+ integrated fonts, 10m+ image icons, image upload, and AI-prompt to vector text and image creation. It is a mobile first tool and while it isn't the most comprehensive out there, it is super easy to use and we provide how-to videos on every product page and out how-to's section.

Got an idea but not sure how to bring it to life? Just start. At inksie, we believe the hardest part of any project is just taking that first step. Whether you are launching a streetwear brand, outfitting a local crew, or just printing a ridiculous inside joke for a friend, we built our tools so anyone can design top-tier gear. No design degree or fancy software required. Here are a few ways to get the ideas flowing.
I have a regular photo, but I want it to look more artistic. Can I do that?
Absolutely. We integrated an AI Prompt input right into the platform to do the heavy lifting for you. You can take a standard photo of your dog, run it through our AI to turn it into a classic oil painting, and instantly print it on a hardbound journal, a canvas for your wall, or a plush fleece blanket. Note: AI image styling is available on non-apparel products.
I just want to put some text on a t-shirt ...
We hear you! That's why we created inksie. Browsing other sites showed us bloated design software with too many features, millions of mediocre designs and were so far removed from what people action want. By far, people want to put text and simple images on products from their mobile devices. Everything that we do promotes that ethos. Ink + easy.
Can I put my logo on a shirt?
Yes! we made the decision to treat end users (individuals) and groupds (teams & businesses) equally. We wanted to make it the same process to make a single one-off gift or 10,000 tees for the Boston Marathon. You can simply start typing on a product or upload a professionally designed high-resolution png or vector (SVG) image in our tools. Every item w/ size variants can be bulk ordered in a single click.
